Protein Sequence Processor    The Sequence Processor is an integrated tool designed for displaying and editing the sequences of proteins and sequence alignments. The sequences can be colored using various coloring schemes. Also, creating a sequence alignments is possible using variety of mutation matrices. Direct support for PSI-BLAST and PSI-BLAST output files is provided, too.    The changes made to the sequence can be immediately visualized in the molecular viewer, and vice versa:
