Protein Structure Modeling

Biodesigner includes several tools useful for creating and evaluating homologous models of proteins:

chain builder module allows for filling gaps in protein structures and perform sidechain repacking; thus creating comparative models of proteins
protein refinement module can restore distorted or incomplete protein models
chain verification module seeks for irregularities in created protein models and evaluates overall model quality
