   Biodesigner is a molecular modeling and visualization program for personal computers. The program is freely available for downloading. Biodesigner is capable of creating homologous models of proteins, evaluate, and refine the models.

   You need following system configuration to use the Biodesigner:
  • Pentium-II compatible processor
  • 64MB RAM
  • OpenGL-compatible graphics adapter
  • 5MB of free hard disk space
  • Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 4.0, or 2000
   You can view a complete list of features included in the current version of Biodesigner. You are welcome to take a tour thru Biodesigner's features. A gallery of pictures prepared using Biodesigner is now open, too. Finally, you are welcome to download the latest version of Biodesigner.
