PULCHRA
PULCHRA is a simple command-line tool for all-atom reconstruction
and refinement of reduced protein models. PUCLHRA can correct alpha
carbon positions, add backbone and side chain atoms, improve hydrogen
bonds patterns and check proper protein chirality.
