BIODESIGNER LICENSE AGREEMENT
The software ("Biodesigner") is furnished to you subject to
the following terms and conditions. Downloading the Biodesigner, or any
retention, use or copying of the Biodesigner, constitutes acceptance of
the terms of this agreement.
- You are granted the non-exclusive right to:
- use the Biodesigner for the non-commercial and academic purposes only
- distribute copies of the Biodesigner in unmodified form to persons who
have agreed to the terms of this license agreement
- You may not:
- decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the Biodesigner
- use, sub-license, sell or distribute the Biodesigner except as expressly
allowed hereunder

All risk in using the Software is assumed by you. The author shall not be
liable for any damages whatsoever arising from use of the Biodesigner.
By downloading the program, you declare to fully
understand and accept the agreement.
